Zoho Mail lets Botcadence send campaign, nudge, and automation email from a Zoho mailbox. It also powers the Send with Zoho Mail tool.

Before you connect

Know the Zoho data center that hosts the mailbox. The usual choices are .com, .in, .eu, .com.au, .jp, zohocloud.ca, and .sa. You can optionally prepare the mailbox address that should appear in the From field.

Connect Zoho Mail

1

Open the connection form

In your project, open Integrations → Add Integration, find Zoho Mail, and select Connect.
2

Choose the data center

Select the Zoho data center that matches your account. If you provide a From Address, use a mailbox in that Zoho account.
3

Authorize Zoho

Select Continue or Sign in with Zoho, approve mail access, and return to Botcadence.
4

Finish and verify

Save the connection. The row should show Connected.
Send a test with the Zoho Mail tool or an email automation to an address you control. Confirm that the sender and reply address are the mailbox you intended to connect.

Use the connection

  • Enable Send with Zoho Mail and select this connection.
  • Choose this connection in campaign, nudge, or automation email settings.
  • Use the connected mailbox for outbound email; two-way support email still belongs under the Email channel.

Troubleshooting

Reopen the connection form and choose the correct data center. A .eu or .in account cannot authenticate through the wrong Zoho region.
Leave the field blank to use the connected mailbox, or enter an address that belongs to that mailbox and is allowed by Zoho.
Zoho Mail on Integrations sends outbound messages. Connect the Email channel when customers need to reply into Conversations.
