Audit Logs records important actions performed in an organization. It helps owners and admins understand who changed a setting, when it changed, and what changed. Open Audit from the organization sidebar.

Review the list

The table shows actions with the person who made the change, the action type, the time, and a short summary of the change. Use the date filter to narrow the list. Select a row to open Audit Log Changes. The detail view shows the previous value and the new value when those values are available.

Use audit history

  • Check a recent change when a setting no longer looks right.
  • Confirm who changed organization or project access.
  • Use the date range when reviewing a specific incident or handover.
An empty table means no matching records were found for the selected period; it does not mean the audit feature is broken.
Audit Logs are organization-wide. They are different from Operate, which shows customer conversations and work items.
