Use the public account screens before you enter the dashboard: Sign up, Verify Email, Sign in, Forgot Password, and Reset Password.

Create an account

Open Botcadence signup, enter your email and password, and select Sign up. Botcadence creates an organization for you. Follow the verification link sent to your email before signing in. See Create an organization for the full signup steps and password rules.

Sign in

Open Botcadence sign in, enter your email and password, and select Sign in. If you belong to more than one organization, choose the organization you want to work in.

Verify your email

Open the verification email and follow its link. Check your spam or promotions folder if it does not appear. After verification, return to the sign-in page.

Reset a forgotten password

  1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot password.
  2. Enter the email used for your Botcadence account.
  3. Open the reset message and follow its link.
  4. Enter the new password twice on Reset Password, then return to sign in.
If the reset message does not arrive, check the email address and spam folder. If you are already signed in and simply want to change your password, use Profile and Password.

Accept an invitation

When an organization owner invites you, open the invitation link and select Accept Invitation. Sign in or create an account if asked. After accepting, the organization owner can add you to a project.
Your personal account, organization membership, and project access are separate. A successful sign-in does not automatically give access to every project.
