Lists organize contacts into segments for targeted outreach. Use the same lists for voice Campaigns and WhatsApp Broadcasts. Open a list to manage its Contacts or Settings. In the project sidebar, under Outreach, select Lists.

What you see

The Lists dashboard shows all contact segments for the project:
  • View every list
  • See how many contacts each list has
  • Track who created the list and when
  • Edit or delete lists

Create a list

Open Lists

Under Outreach, select Lists.

Create List

Select + Create List.

Name and description

Enter a unique Name (required). Add an optional Description for the segment or purpose.

Save

Select Create. The list appears in the table. Open it to add or manage contacts.
Create a list, open it, and confirm contacts can be added before you attach it to a campaign or broadcast.
