Campaigns are planned phone-call programs. Pick a contact list, choose what the AI Agent should say, choose when to call and which number to show, then monitor the results. In the project sidebar, under Outreach, select Campaigns.
WhatsApp template messaging uses Broadcasts, not Campaigns. Build audiences on Lists first.

How it works

  1. Select a list — choose contacts from Lists.
  2. Choose a voice flow — attach a published Voice workflow, or use a static script.
  3. Configure caller ID and schedule — when calls may run and which numbers to show.
  4. Launch and monitor — start, pause, and review performance from the campaign detail views.
