Campaigns under Outreach are outbound voice call programs. Pick a contact list, attach a published voice workflow (or a static script), set caller ID and schedule, then monitor results. In the project sidebar, under Outreach, select Campaigns.
WhatsApp template messaging uses Broadcasts, not Campaigns. Build audiences on Lists first.

How it works

  1. Select a list — choose contacts from Lists.
  2. Choose a voice flow — attach a published Voice workflow, or use a static script.
  3. Configure caller ID and schedule — when calls may run and which numbers to show.
  4. Launch and monitor — start, pause, and review performance from the campaign detail views.
