Outreach is where you build audiences and run outbound programs: contact Lists, voice Campaigns, the WhatsApp Business hub, and WhatsApp Broadcasts. Open any project, then use the Outreach section in the project sidebar.
Build prepares workflows and integrations. Deploy puts channels and inbounds live. Outreach is how you proactively contact people on those surfaces.

Open your project

Sign in and open the project you want to run outreach from.

Go to Outreach

In the project sidebar, find Outreach. Choose Lists, Campaigns, WhatsApp, or Broadcasts.

Campaigns are phone voice outbound. Broadcasts are WhatsApp template messaging. For inbound WhatsApp chats in the inbox, enable WhatsApp AI Agent under Channels.
