Organization setup is where owners manage org-wide settings: name, status, billing address, and telephony numbers. Every user works inside an organization. Projects, team access, and billing sit under that org.
Project-level settings (API keys, handover agents, rate limits) live under Admin → Settings. Invite people under Members, then assign them to a project under Admin → Team.

How organizations work

  • Data isolation — Projects and data stay inside the organization.
  • Roles — Access is controlled with organization roles (Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer).
  • Billing — Subscription and usage are tracked per organization.

Your first organization

When you sign up, Botcadence creates an organization for you, names it from your email local-part, and makes you the Owner.

Switch organizations

If you belong to more than one organization:
1

Open Organizations

Use the sidebar or user menu to open the Organizations list.
2

Select an organization

Choose the organization card you want. The dashboard switches to that workspace (/organizations/[org-id]/...).

Organization settings

Owners open Settings → Organization Settings (organization context, not a project’s Admin → Settings). Typical fields:
  • Organization name — Display name for your team
  • Status — Active status of the organization
  • Billing address — Used for invoices and subscriptions
  • Phone numbers — Organization telephony numbers used by Inbounds and related voice features
Finish organization phones before you create phone Inbounds. WhatsApp numbers are managed under Outreach → WhatsApp.
