An organization is created for you when you sign up. It holds your projects, team members, billing, and phone numbers. You do not fill out a separate “create organization” form. Completing signup is enough.

Open signup

Go to Botcadence signup (or Sign up / Get started on the site).

Enter your details

Provide:
  • Email — Use an address you can access. The part before @ becomes the default organization name (for example, [email protected] → organization john).
  • Password — At least 8 characters, with one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number.
  • Confirm password — Must match exactly.
Or continue with Google if that option is shown.

Submit

Select Sign up. Wait for account creation to finish (do not close the page).

Verify your email

Open the verification message (check spam if needed) and follow the link. You must verify before you can sign in.
After verification, you can sign in. You are the organization owner, on a free subscription, with an organization ready to use.

After signup

  1. Sign in with the same email and password.
  2. Open your organization dashboard. The organization name appears in the top navigation.
  3. Create a project, invite people under Members, or adjust Setup.

Notes

  • You can rename the organization later under Organization setup.
  • One organization is created at signup. Join others by invitation from their admins.
  • Use Forgot password on the login page if you lose access.

Troubleshooting

Sign in instead, or use a different email.
Use at least 8 characters with lowercase, uppercase, and a number. The form shows which rule failed.
Retype the same password in both fields with no extra spaces.
Check spam, confirm the address, wait a few minutes, then try again if needed.
