The Google Business Profile integration connects the Google account that manages your business listings. After the connection is ready, you choose which locations to import in Knowledge Base. Imported profile content gives the AI Agent current business details to use in answers.

Connect Google Business Profile

1

Open Add Integration

In the project sidebar, select Integrations → Add Integration, find Google Business Profile, and select Connect.
2

Authorize Google

Sign in with the Google account that manages the relevant Business Profiles and grant access.
3

Finish the connection

Return to Botcadence and wait until the integration row shows Connected.

Choose locations and sync content

1

Open Knowledge Base

Go to Build → Knowledge Base and open the Google Business Profile source option.
2

Select locations

Choose the locations that this project should use. Do not select locations that belong to a different brand or support team.
3

Choose a sync schedule

Select a refresh interval from 1 to 365 days, or choose manual sync with 0. Run a sync after you change your profile in Google.
The sync can import business name, phone, address, website, categories, service area, hours, open status, services, posts, customer questions and answers, reviews and replies, and profile media.
After the first sync, open the source in Knowledge Base and confirm the expected location and a few current details. Then test a question in the workflow playground.

Troubleshooting

Reconnect with the Google account that owns or manages the listing. The account must have access to a Business Profile location; being signed in to Google alone is not enough.
Open Knowledge Base and run a manual sync, or shorten the sync interval. The integration connection and the Knowledge Base sync are separate steps.
Disconnect or reconnect the integration, then choose the account that manages the intended locations. Recheck the selected locations in Knowledge Base afterwards.
