Shipprime connects the project to Shipprime shipment tracking for the Track shipment tool.

Open Add Integration

In the project sidebar, select Integrations, then Add Integration. Select Connect on the Shipprime card.

Save the connection

Give the connection a name and save it. No Shipprime credentials are required.

Use it

Enable Track shipment on chat AI Configuration or a workflow Tools tab, then select this Shipprime connection. The agent asks for a tracking number when it needs to look up a shipment.
