Google Ads lead forms send submissions to Botcadence through a webhook URL and key. This is different from OAuth integrations: Google Ads does not sign you in from the Botcadence wizard.

Create the connection

1

Open Add Integration

In your project, select Integrations → Add Integration, find Google Ads lead forms, and select Connect.
2

Map form fields if needed

Optionally map the form’s Name, Phone, and Email fields. Leave a mapping blank when your form uses the default field name.
3

Use test leads only during setup

Turn on Accept Google test leads only while you are verifying the webhook. Turn it off before production traffic.
4

Copy the credentials

Save the connection, then copy the generated webhook URL and key. Treat the key like a password.

Connect the webhook to a list

Open Outreach → Lists, open the destination list, and select Contact sync settings. Attach the Google Ads lead-form connection and save. In Google Ads, paste the generated webhook URL and key into the lead-form delivery settings, then use Google’s test request to verify the response.
After the Google test succeeds, disable Accept Google test leads. Submit a real test lead only when you are ready for it to enter the selected list.

Troubleshooting

Copy the URL and key again, check for missing characters or spaces, and make sure the connection is attached to a list. Use the Google test request while test leads are enabled.
Confirm that Accept Google test leads is enabled during verification and that the list’s Contact sync settings point to this connection.
Review the Name, Phone, and Email mappings in the integration and match them to the field names in the Google Ads form.
