Integrations connect Botcadence to the tools you already use. After you connect an account, your AI Agent can book meetings, send email or Slack messages, track shipments, write to spreadsheets, or send conversation details to your customer management system.
Inbox messaging such as Telegram is set up under Channels, not on this page.

Open Integrations

1

Open your project

Sign in and open the project where you want to connect a tool.
2

Go to Integrations

In the project sidebar, select Integrations. You see a table of connections already added to this project.
3

Add a connection

Select Add Integration. Choose a card, then complete the connect wizard for that tool.
When the connection works, the Integrations table shows Connected.
You need permission to view and add integrations. If Add Integration is disabled, ask a project admin.

Available integrations

Each card opens a full setup guide.

Google Sheets

Authorize Google and pick spreadsheets for reporting, export, and the Google Sheets agent tool.

Gmail

Send follow-ups and notifications from a Gmail account. Inbox mail uses the Email channel instead.

Mailgun

Send transactional email from a verified Mailgun domain.

Calendly

Let the agent book meetings with your Calendly event types.

Cal.com

Check availability and book meetings through Cal.com.

Google Calendar

Check availability and create, update, or cancel bookings in Google Calendar.

Shopify

Connect a store for catalog, cart and checkout links, and order status in chat.

Shiprocket

Look up shipment and delivery status during a conversation.

Slack

Send automation alerts and agent messages as DMs or channel posts. Inbound Slack chat is a Channel.

Zapier

Send conversation events to a Catch Hook, or call Botcadence from a Zap with an API key.

HubSpot

Sync contacts into lists and publish conversation activity back to HubSpot.

LeadSquared

Sync leads into lists and publish conversation activity back to LeadSquared.

Custom Webhook

POST conversation events to your HTTPS endpoint with optional authentication.

AWS SES

Send campaign, nudge, and automation email from a verified AWS SES identity.

Zoho Mail

Send email from a connected Zoho mailbox.

Google Business Profile

Import locations, hours, reviews, and other profile content into the Knowledge Base.

Meta Lead Ads

Bring leads from Facebook and Instagram Instant Forms into a contact list.

Google Ads lead forms

Receive Google Ads lead-form submissions through a secure webhook.
Some products appear elsewhere in the dashboard. Connect inbox channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Messenger, and channel Slack under Channels. Connect Shipprime from the tool configuration because it has no Integrations card.

How connecting works

1

Choose the product

On Add Integration, select Connect on the card you need.
2

Complete the wizard

Some tools open Google, HubSpot, or Shopify to approve access. Others ask for an API key, token, or webhook URL. Follow the labels in the modal.
3

Finish extra steps when asked

Google Sheets asks you to pick spreadsheets after Google sign-in. Stay on the wizard until you see the success screen.
4

Turn it on where you need it

A connection on Integrations is not enough by itself. Enable the matching tool on the workflow Tools tab, attach the connection on a campaign, inbound, or channel Integrations tab, or select it on an automation.
You can connect more than one account of the same type (for example two Gmail inboxes) and pick which one each tool or automation uses.
