LeadSquared connects your customer management system so you can bring leads into a Botcadence list and send conversation activity and updated details back to LeadSquared.

Prerequisites

  • A LeadSquared account
  • API host URL for your region (for example https://api-in21.leadsquared.com)
  • Access key and secret key
  • The Activity event code LeadSquared should use for posted activities
  • Permission to add integrations on the project

Connect

Open Add Integration

In the project sidebar, select Integrations, then Add Integration. Select Connect on the LeadSquared card.

Enter connection details

On Connect LeadSquared, fill in:
  • API host — your LeadSquared API base URL
  • Access key
  • Secret key
  • Activity event — for example 210 (use the event id from your LeadSquared account)

Wait for validation

The wizard checks the credentials. When it succeeds, you see LeadSquared Connected!

Verify

On Integrations, the row shows Connected.
Open Contacts Lists, set Connection to this LeadSquared integration, and confirm matching leads sync into the list.

Use it

List sync (pull leads)

On Contacts Lists, configure list sync and pick this connection. Leads that match the sync rules are added to the list.

Publish conversation data (push)

On a campaign, inbound, or channel Integrations tab, set Destination to this LeadSquared connection. Activities use the Activity event you saved. Map extra fields when the dashboard shows mapping.

Limits

  • The API host must match your LeadSquared region. A US host with India keys (or the reverse) fails validation.
  • Wrong Activity event can accept the connection but fail when posting activities. Copy the event id from LeadSquared.
  • Same extra-destination rule as other CRM connections: not combined with Zapier or Sheets on the same source.

Troubleshooting

Recheck API host, access key, and secret key. Confirm the host URL is exactly what LeadSquared documents for your pod.
Connect LeadSquared on Integrations first. Only connections that can pull records appear in the list Connection dropdown.
Confirm Destination is this connection, Activity event is valid, and a conversation completed on that source.
