Track Shiprocket shipment lets the agent look up delivery status using the Shiprocket shipment tracking number (also called an AWB).

Prerequisites

Enable

Open Tools

Open the workflow, select an Agent, Supervisor, or Task, then open Tools.

Turn it on

Under Orders & shipping, enable Track Shiprocket shipment.

Pick Shiprocket

Select the Shiprocket connection, then save.
Provide an AWB you can see in Shiprocket. The agent reports tracking status.
Connecting Shiprocket is not enough until this tool is on and the connection is selected.
