Send with AWS SES sends an email from a verified AWS SES identity during a conversation. Use it for a confirmation, follow-up, or link when the project has AWS SES configured.

Prerequisites

  • A connected AWS SES integration
  • A verified sender identity and permission to call ses:SendEmail

Enable the tool

1

Open Tools

Open the workflow, select an Agent, Supervisor, or Task, then open Tools.
2

Turn it on

Under Messaging, enable Send with AWS SES.
3

Choose the connection

Select the AWS SES integration and save the node configuration.

What the AI Agent sends

The tool requires a recipient email address, subject, and message. It can also receive an optional customer name. Ask the AI Agent to confirm the address before sending when the conversation contains more than one email address.
Test with an address you control and confirm that the From Address is the verified SES identity you configured.
A connected AWS SES integration is not enough by itself. The tool must be enabled on the node and the node must be published before live conversations can use it.
