Prerequisites
- At least one Twilio phone number on the organization (organization settings → phone numbers)
Enable

Open Tools
Open the workflow, select an Agent, Supervisor, or Task, then open Tools.

Turn it on
Under Messaging, enable Send SMS.

Pick the from-number
Select which Twilio number to send from. Only organization numbers with the Twilio provider appear. If the list is empty, add a number in organization settings, then return here.
Ask the agent to SMS a number you control. The message arrives from the Twilio number you selected.
