Scheduling tools share one selected connection. Enable only the operations your agent needs:
  • Get booking options lists event types or calendars.
  • Get availability finds open times in a requested range.
  • List bookings finds existing bookings, optionally for an attendee.
  • Schedule booking creates a meeting after the agent confirms the attendee details.
  • Update booking changes a booking when the provider supports it. Calendly returns its reschedule link instead of changing the event directly.
  • Cancel booking cancels an existing booking.
  • Get scheduling link shares a Calendly event link.

Configure

1

Connect a provider

Add a Calendly, Cal.com, or Google Calendar integration.
2

Enable operations

Open a workflow node’s Tools tab or chat AI Configuration, then enable the scheduling operations you want.
3

Select one connection

Choose the same scheduling connection for every enabled scheduling operation in the workflow.
The workflow uses one scheduling connection across all agents and task-group steps. Cal.com and Google Calendar do not support Get scheduling link; the configuration dialog disables that combination.
Test listing options and availability before enabling booking, then verify a test booking appears in the provider’s account.
