Search media finds images, videos, and documents in the project media library so the agent can share or describe them in chat. This tool is chat only. It does not appear on Voice workflows.

Prerequisites

  • Files in the project media library
  • A Chat workflow (or chat AI Configuration)

Enable

Open Tools

Open a chat workflow, select an Agent, Supervisor, or Task, then open Tools.

Turn it on

Under Knowledge, enable Search media. There is no extra configure dialog.
Ask for a file you uploaded. The agent finds it in the library.
Voice Tools hides this row. Use a chat workflow when customers need media from the library.
