Send with Mailgun sends conversation email from the Mailgun domain you connected on Integrations.

Prerequisites

  • A connected Mailgun integration with a verified domain

Enable

Open Tools

Open the workflow, select an Agent, Supervisor, or Task, then open Tools.

Turn it on

Under Messaging, enable Send with Mailgun.

Pick Mailgun

Select the Mailgun connection, then save.
Ask the agent to email an address you control. The message arrives from your Mailgun domain.
Connecting Mailgun is not enough until this tool is on and the connection is selected.
