Numbers lists the Cloud API phone numbers on the WhatsApp Business Account connected to this project. Open WhatsApp in the project sidebar, then select Numbers.

Prerequisites

  • WhatsApp connected on Overview (hub ready)
  • Permission to manage WhatsApp numbers (add, sync, default, calling, and registration)
Until the hub is connected, this tab shows Phone numbers unavailable. Use Go to Overview.

Add or sync a number

1

Open Numbers

Under Outreach, select WhatsApp, then Numbers.
2

Add or sync

Select Add number and complete Meta Embedded Signup on the same Business Portfolio and WABA already linked to this project. Or add the number in Meta Business Manager, then select Sync from Meta.
3

Finish registration

If status is not CONNECTED, select Complete registration on that row. Enter a two-step PIN when Meta asks for it.
4

Set the default

Select Set as default on the number that should send by default (broadcasts and outbound).
The row shows status CONNECTED, quality, messaging limit, and (when ready) calling chips. The default number is marked Default.
Numbers on a different WABA need a new project, or disconnect and reconnect on Overview.

Calling per number

Use the Calling toggle on a CONNECTED number after registration is complete. WhatsApp voice calling needs a messaging limit of 2,000+ unique recipients in 24 hours and a Meta-supported country. Below that limit, messaging still works; calling stays unavailable. See Settings for calling status and inbound voice setup.
Incomplete registration blocks sending and calling. Finish Complete registration before you broadcast or enable calling.
