Until connected, this tab shows Business profile unavailable.Edit the profile

Open Business Profile
Under Outreach, select WhatsApp, then Business Profile.

Pick the number
If you have more than one number, choose Profile for number. Changing this profile does not change the default sender on Numbers.

Update fields
Set About, Email, Description, Address, Website, and Category. Click the avatar to upload a JPEG or PNG photo. The verified name from Meta is read-only.

Save
Select Save profile.
The profile fields refresh with the values you saved for that number.
Limits
Category options include Retail, Professional services, Health, and similar Meta categories, plus Other and Not a business.
