Zapier

Connect Botcadence to thousands of apps with Webhooks by Zapier. Integrations is only the Catch Hook URL. On a campaign, inbound, or channel, turn on post-call extraction (always saved in-app) and choose Send extracted fields to that Zapier connection. Catch Hooks fire only for conversations on a source that selected that connection. Extracted fields are always stored for in-app reports. When Zapier is the destination, the Catch Hook also receives them in structured_data. Outbound events: conversation.completed, conversation.handover, and conversation.inactivity_summary. Inbound Zaps call Botcadence with a project API key. Setup (outbound triggers):
  1. In Zapier, create a Zap and choose Webhooks by ZapierCatch Hook. Copy the webhook URL.
  2. In your project, open Integrations and connect Zapier. Paste the Catch Hook URL.
  3. Open the campaign, inbound, or channel Integrations tab, enable post-call extraction, and set Send extracted fields to the Zapier connection (or leave In-app only).
  4. Attached sources enqueue a signed HTTPS POST to that URL (retried via the same job worker as custom webhooks).
Custom webhook integrations stay channel/campaign gated (integrations.crm). Zapier is gated the same way (integrations.zapier). You can attach CRM, Sheets, or Zapier — not more than one extra destination. Setup (inbound actions):
  1. Create a project API key under API keys.
  2. In Zapier, use Webhooks by ZapierPOST with header X-API-Key.
  3. Supported endpoints:
    • Trigger an outbound campaign call: POST /organizations/{org_id}/projects/{project_id}/campaigns/{campaign_id}/trigger-call (scope calls:create)
    • Fire an automation rule: POST /organizations/{org_id}/projects/{project_id}/automation-rules/trigger (scope automations:trigger)
Event payload fields: event, event_type (compat alias), occurred_at, organization_id, project_id, conversation_id, customer_profile_id, conversation_type, channel, status, summary. Handover events also include handover_id, handover_reason, handover_status, and user_message.
