# Manage Projects

> Open, edit, and organize projects inside an organization

The **Projects** screen is the starting point for an organization. It shows the projects you can open and lets you create, edit, or remove them.

## Project list

Open **Projects** from the organization sidebar. From the list you can:

* Search for a project by name.
* Open a project and continue working in its sidebar.
* Edit a project’s name, description, business area, or main language.
* Create a new project with **New Project**.

If no projects exist, select **Create Project** in the empty state.

For the full creation steps, see [Create a project](/docs/projects/create). A project is the workspace that contains its AI Agent, knowledge, workflows, channels, conversations, and reports.

## Edit a project

Open a project, then choose **Edit** or open its project settings. You can update:

* **Agent name** — the name your team sees for the project.
* **Description** — what the project is used for.
* **Domain** — the business area that best describes it.
* **Language** — the main language used by the AI Agent.

The **Advanced Settings** area contains project actions such as deactivation or deletion. Read the confirmation carefully before using those actions.

  Project settings such as API keys, notifications, handover staff, and limits are under [Admin → Settings](/docs/admin/settings). Organization settings and billing are separate and are not changed from the project editor.
