# Business

> Business insights: what the AI handled for your business, in your industry's terms, plus the weekly summary email

**Business insights** shows what the AI handled for the business and what still needs a person. Open **Insights → Business** in the project sidebar. When the project has an industry, the page is titled after it, for example **Dental insights**.

You need analytics on your plan. Playground test sessions never count.

## Filter

Use **Select Date Range**. A range can cover up to 92 days.

## Headline cards

| Card | Meaning |
| - | - |
| Conversations handled | Calls and chats the AI answered in the range |
| After hours | Conversations outside the opening hours saved in your [industry setup](/docs/projects/create#industry-setup). Add your hours to see it. |
| Bookings made | Appointments booked in the range. A rescheduled appointment counts once. |
| Open callbacks | Contacts who asked to be called back and have not been reached since |

## Service area and on-call

These cards appear only when they have data:

* **Out-of-area leads** and **Out-of-area ZIP codes** — when your industry setup has service ZIP codes and you kept the ZIP code disposition list, the leads whose ZIP code is outside them.
* **Time to on-call answer** — when the project has [on-call alerts](/docs/build/automations#alert-the-on-call-team), how long the on-call person took to answer.

## Dispositions

After every conversation the AI fills in each **disposition list** it can, such as the outcome, the reason for contact, or the insurance carrier. The page shows one card per list: a pick list shows each value's share of the conversations classified, a free-text list shows the most common answers.

Every industry starts with its own default lists. Edit, reorder, add or remove them on the **Dispositions** tab of the setup page in the sidebar (**Edit dispositions** on this page opens it), or reset them to the defaults. An inbound or campaign can use its own lists: turn on **Custom dispositions** on its **Debrief** tab; with no lists, it adds no dispositions. Lists with the same key are counted together. Turn on **Show in conversation list** for one list to show its value on each conversation in the inbox; the Outcome list has it on by default.

Changes apply to conversations summarized after you save. Tags from a list or value you remove stay saved but no longer show.

## Other panels

* **Waiting for a callback** — the newest open callback requests, each linked to its conversation.
* **Bookings by status** and **Bookings by channel**.
* **Satisfaction** — customer ratings from the chat widget and calls, and the AI's 0–100 handling score.
* **When people reach you** — conversations by weekday and hour, in the project time zone.

## Weekly summary email

Every Monday, organization admins get an email for each project that had conversations in the past week: the headline numbers, a few highlights, and a link to this page. It is sent only when the plan includes analytics. Each admin can turn it off under **Profile → Notifications → Email → Weekly summary email**.
