# Track shipment

> Track shipment status and delivery updates using the selected shipping integration

**Track shipment** lets the agent look up delivery status using the selected Shiprocket or Shipprime connection.

## Prerequisites

* A connected [Shiprocket](/docs/build/integrations/shiprocket) or [Shipprime](/docs/build/integrations/shipprime) integration

## Enable

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Tools">
    Open the workflow, select an **Agent**, **Supervisor**, or **Task**, then open **Tools**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Turn it on">
    Under **Orders & shipping**, enable **Track shipment**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Pick a connection">
    Select the Shiprocket or Shipprime connection, then save.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Check>
  Provide an AWB or tracking number. The agent reports the current tracking status.

<Note>
  Connecting a shipping integration is not enough until this tool is enabled and the connection is selected.
