# Get Shopify order status

> Look up a Shopify order by order ID, email, or phone number

**Get Shopify order status** lets the agent look up an order on the store you connected.

## Prerequisites

* A connected [Shopify](/docs/build/integrations/shopify) integration

## Enable

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Tools">
    Open the workflow, select an **Agent**, **Supervisor**, or **Task**, then open **Tools**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Turn it on">
    Under **Orders & shipping**, enable **Get Shopify order status**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Pick Shopify">
    Select the Shopify connection, then save.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Check>
  Give a real order ID, email, or phone from the store. The agent returns status.
</Check>

  Connecting Shopify is not enough until this tool is on and the connection is selected.
