# Track Shiprocket shipment

> Track shipment status and delivery updates with a Shiprocket AWB

**Track Shiprocket shipment** lets the agent look up delivery status using the Shiprocket shipment tracking number (also called an AWB).

## Prerequisites

* A connected [Shiprocket](/docs/build/integrations/shiprocket) integration

## Enable

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Tools">
    Open the workflow, select an **Agent**, **Supervisor**, or **Task**, then open **Tools**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Turn it on">
    Under **Orders & shipping**, enable **Track Shiprocket shipment**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Pick Shiprocket">
    Select the Shiprocket connection, then save.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Check>
  Provide an AWB you can see in Shiprocket. The agent reports tracking status.

  Connecting Shiprocket is not enough until this tool is on and the connection is selected.
