# Track Shipprime shipment

> Track shipment status and delivery updates with a Shipprime AWB

**Track Shipprime shipment** lets the agent look up delivery status using the Shipprime shipment tracking number (also called an AWB).

There is no Shipprime card on [Integrations](/docs/build/integrations). You only enable this tool on the workflow.

## Enable

    Open the workflow, select an **Agent**, **Supervisor**, or **Task**, then open **Tools**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Turn it on">
    Under **Orders & shipping**, enable **Track Shipprime shipment**. There is no extra configure dialog.

<Check>
  Provide a Shipprime AWB. The agent reports tracking status.
