# Shipprime

> Look up shipment and delivery status with Shipprime during a conversation

Shipprime connects the project to Shipprime shipment tracking for the **Track shipment** tool.

## Connect

    In the project sidebar, select **Integrations**, then **Add Integration**. Select **Connect** on the **Shipprime** card.

  <Step title="Save the connection">
    Give the connection a name and save it. No Shipprime credentials are required.
  </Step>

## Use it

Enable [Track shipment](/docs/build/workflows/tools/track-shipment) on chat **AI Configuration** or a workflow **Tools** tab, then select this Shipprime connection.

The agent asks for a tracking number when it needs to look up a shipment.
