# Meta Lead Ads

> Import Facebook and Instagram Instant Form leads into a contact list

Meta Lead Ads connects Facebook Pages that use Instant Forms to a Botcadence contact list. Botcadence can then receive new lead submissions and map the form's name, phone, and email fields to contact fields.

## Connect Meta Lead Ads

  <Step title="Open the connection form">
    In your project, open **Integrations → Add Integration**, find **Meta Lead Ads**, and select **Connect**.

  <Step title="Sign in to Facebook">
    Sign in with the account that manages the Facebook Pages and approve lead retrieval for the Pages with Instant Forms.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save field mapping">
    Optionally map the form's **Name**, **Phone**, and **Email** fields. Leave a mapping blank when the form uses the standard field name.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Finish">
    Save the connection and confirm that the integration row shows **Connected**.
  </Step>

## Attach it to a list

Connecting Meta does not choose the destination list. Open **Outreach → Lists**, open the list, and select **Contact sync settings**. Choose the Meta connection and the Facebook Page whose leads should be added to that list, then start the sync.

  Submit a test Instant Form lead and confirm that a new contact appears in the selected list with the expected name, phone, and email values.

## Troubleshooting

    Reconnect with a Facebook account that administers the Page and has access to its Instant Forms. Check that the Page has at least one lead form.

  <Accordion title="Leads arrive without contact details">
    Review the optional Name, Phone, and Email mappings on the integration, then confirm that the form actually collects those fields.

  <Accordion title="The connection works but the list stays empty">
    Open the list's Contact sync settings and attach the Meta connection to a Page. A connected integration does not sync into a list until that attachment is saved.
